This film tells the story of Li Hansen, a young man in Xiamen, who transformed from a street gangster to a local hero. The overseas gangster Aki wanted to force Li Hansen and others to sell drugs in Xiamen on the grounds of debt collection, and Li Hansen decided to resist to the death after knowing Aki's tricks. He gathered a few good brothers to deal with the overseas gangster Aki. Aki, who suffered a loss, knew that the strong dragon couldn't fight the ground snake, so he decided to ask Ah Yuan, the second leader of another local gangster, to help. Ah Yuan did not hesitate to sell his eldest brother Zhu Gejun for his own interests, and Ah Ji and Ah Yuan kidnapped Li Hansen's girlfriend in order to achieve their goals. When Brother Zhu knew that his younger brother Ah Yuan was selling drugs behind his back and Aki, he decided to unite with Li Hansen and others to fight against foreign criminals.
